Edin Gali (born Edin Galijasevic) is a Bosnian-American actor. He portrayed Gavin in the New Girl episode "Cece Crashes."

When Gali was seven years old, his family moved from war-torn Bosnia to Germany, where he first attended theater school. When he was a teenager, his family emigrated to St. Louis, Missouri, where he continued to pursue his passion for acting. After high school graduation, he left for Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, finding work in national commercials for clients including Maxwell House, Dr. Pepper, and Wrigley's chewing gum.

His favourite actress is Angelina Jolie and he speaks fluent Serbo-Croatian.[1]

He has starred in independent films (he shared topline status in a 2011 cop thriller, Cornered), and had a small role as a Hungarian soldier in the 2012 HBO film Hemingway & Gellhorn, starring Clive Owen and Nicole Kidman. But his most high profile acting job to date was for an eight-episode recurring stint as Kurt Smith on Mad Men's second and third seasons.
